With over 50 years of leadership spanning military, federal, private, and public service, Oxbow President and Founding Member, Bob Shinskie, transitions to President Emeritus, where he will continue supporting Oxbw in an advisory role. Succeeding Bob as Oxbow's President will be Maximillian Lindstrom. Max previously served as Oxbow's Chief Strategy Officer, contributing significantly to Oxbow's current growth, momentum and success. Leveraging his past experience as a Navy veteran and corporate experience serving numerous government clients, Max brings and unequivocal dimension of enthusiasm, expertise, and energy to the Oxbow team.
